I am so optimistic after the huge turnout of people at all of the Women's Marches around the country (and world). I want to turn this enthusiasm into action and figure out what the next steps are. There were so many different advocacy groups out there all sharing the same voice saying that we need to be heard and we want to be heard. I came up with a list of the different advocacy groups that I have come across and wanted to share it with everyone in case anyone was interested. They all have their different plans laid out for what their next steps are, whether it be the nominations for Trump's cabinet, healthcare, equal rights, environmental, mental health, government, immigrant rights, the list goes on...Trump's gonna give us a lot to fight for.
Here's a link for my gallery of photos from the Women's March - Oakland.
If you have any links or resources to some of the groups you are involved with I'd love to hear. I know there were a few out there that I wasn't able to get info on.
